From package 2 and on children can be photographed with their siblings.
Purchasing Pictures
Upon making a purchase, the parent or guardian implicitly grants permission to photograph the specified child or children and releases copyright for photos taken. By completing the purchase, the parent or guardian agrees to buy the selected photo package.
Available poses will vary depending on the chosen package & child’s cooperation.
All poses are subject to your child’s cooperation!

Collages are 5 photos max, also subject to your child’s cooperation

Tiny Tots Pictures LLC is committed to serving children of all backgrounds, races, creeds, faiths, disabilities, and other protected classes without discrimination.
However, we reserve the right to decline photographing a child for reasons such as non-cooperation or difficulties with guardians, at the sole discretion of our photographers.
Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all items. Any “Digital Products” are non refundable this includes digital links and DVDs.”
Picture prints may be returned within 14 days of picture receipt “meaning when you receive your picture prints” if you are not satisfied with product you may receive your money back, account credit or when ever possible picture retake. Picture retake may not always be available in such case you are entitled to your money back or account credit. Picture prints must be returned in original condition in such case you decide to return for your money back.
ONLINE LINKS Policy
We use the best data management practices and use great care in handling and preserving your images.
You should save your images asap when you purchase a high res online link. We don’t guarantee permanent storage of your images you receive all of your images with the online link after that it’s your responsibility to store them on your digital storage of choice.
IMPORTANT: Tiny Tots Pictures LLC retains images on our servers for a limited duration, up to a few years at most. After this period, they are permanently deleted. Upon receiving your digital images, ensure you save them to your preferred digital storage medium. We disclaim responsibility for any image losses occurring 6 months post-delivery.
Customer must accurately complete the permission form. Incomplete forms, especially those missing phone numbers or online order references, will result in non-delivery of the link. Proper form submission is mandatory to receive the link.

Copyright Policy
Our copyright policy is as follows, you may not re-print or or copy photos unless you have purchased a copyright release. You may not use any logo or. tm that we have posted on our website. all photos, have a light discrete watermark in the bottom hand corner that does not obstruct the photo. These are non-removable even after purchase of copyright release, purchasing a copyright release simply means you have the right to take your photos and print them wherever you would like.

INFOMATION FOR SCHOOLS
Picture Day Information
Pre-Paid
All picture packages are to be prepaid. This is how most of our clients utilize picture day services from us. It is the fastest and most efficient method we offer. The way it works is parents are handed picture day permission forms prior to picture day. They make their selection of choice and we photograph their child accordingly conserving time and providing the family with exactly what they wish to receive. Since we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our picture prints there is no risk for the parents in this method either, in case they are not satisfied with the pictures they can return them for a full refund. This does exclude our digital products which are non refundable.
Contact Sheet Proofing System
We offer a picture day proof setup to accommodate our clients when school directors request this type of picture set up. How does this work? So basically we come out to your center and photograph each child with a few poses then the parents receive the proofs via the school and make a selection if they choose to do so. Once this school director notifies us that most or all of the parents have made their selection we will then come and pick up the funds along with the orders for that’s school. After that we start processing the order.

☒ Longer turn around time the school will be required to get the proof preference from each parent and collect funds and just the whole logistics of it is more responsibility & work for the school however we are very willing to accommodate schools that prefer this method.
☒ Less poses for each child since we don’t know what the family is going to choose we are not able to photograph them specifically for that family’s needs we basically photograph everyone the same which consumes more time and less variety for families who genuinely would like a variety of poses.
Staff Discounts
We offer a 50% staff discount for teachers in schools that meet a certain criteria. This criteria is (40) participating children meaning (40) permission forms on that particular picture day. If a school meets this criteria staff then qualifies for a 50% discount on anything they purchase.
Director Perks
We offer school directors the opportunity to receive complementary picture packages on the house for themselves and or their children. This includes prints gifts and more.

We really value our relationships with our school’s and daycare partners which is why we offer a variety of additional services free of cost to show our gratitude for entrusting us with their picture day.

Fundraisers
We also offer fundraisers for schools that request it. Depending on the amount of participating children we have different percentages that we offer schools if you would like more information about this kindly request a call and we would be happy to break down the numbers with you.
Fundraisers must be requested prior to picture day.
In light of our partnership and the school benefiting from a percentage of sales through our photography services, we have updated our staff discount policy. This adjustment is designed to enhance our support for the school’s fundraising efforts, ensuring we contribute as effectively as possible.
We are committed to ensuring our policies serve the best interest of our entire school community. To that end, if the school opts out of the fundraising contribution, staff discounts will be fully available, as they were previously.

Booking A Picture Date
Scheduling A Picture Date:
Scheduling your school’s picture date is straightforward and simple simply give us a call or request a call back via our websites contact form and we will find a date that best suits your school. The school director will get to choose the school’s picture day background theme and the amount of permission forms for the amount of students enrolled in your center. We will then send them out to you via mail which will be a picture package that includes picture day posters to let your parents know that picture day is coming up and the permission forms which are typically handed out to the parents a few days before picture day so that they may make their selection.
Our Booking Policy
At Tiny Tots Pictures we pride ourselves at not being a cookie cutter style company we take pride in our props and photography style really ensuring a beautiful picture each time by taking our time with each child. So we give you exclusive attention on your picture day to get the best smile possible. We only accept ONE School booking per day! So we give you exclusive attention on your schools picture day!
Cancelation Policy
Unforeseen circumstances can necessitate changes in plans. If a photo reservation is modified with sufficient lead time, we can reschedule your picture day without incurring any fees. However, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our operations, as we limit ourselves to one school booking per day.
In the event of a short-term cancellation or rescheduling close to the appointed picture day, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the school. Failure to pay this fee will result in an inability to make future reservations with us until the outstanding fee is settled.
Low Turnout
To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, it is essential for your center to meet our minimum requirement for the number of participating children on picture day. Given the significant costs involved in sending a photographer and setting up the photo shoot, we must enforce this requirement strictly.
Should your center fail to meet the stipulated minimum number of children or exhibit low participation, your center will be responsible for a compensatory fee. This fee will cover the shortfall and make up for the difference between the actual and required participation numbers.
We trust you understand the necessity of this requirement to make the endeavor economically viable for both parties.
If a school misrepresents or inflates its student count and the actual number is significantly lower upon our arrival, the school has two options: Moving Forward
- Compensate for the discrepancy to maintain the agreed-upon value.
- Pay our non-refundable minimum requirement upfront. This payment can be used as credit towards children’s photo packages on the day of the shoot.
If the upfront payment isn’t made, we won’t proceed with the photo shoot, as it’s not economically viable for us.
