We have many ways of identifying your child if you are submitting an order prior to picture day we use the name of the child and the unique order reference number that is automatically emailed to you after placing an order online, as well as the name of the school to locate your child. Our photographers have access to all orders placed online. If you are placing a reorder request you can submit the order number which is located at the back of your image and ends in .jpg along with the name of the daycare center. We also have a reorder page where you can submit screenshots or photos of the photo All in all we have many ways to make sure we get your order right.
If you are purchasing pictures for your child's upcoming picture day please make sure you still fill out a permission form and just add the order reference number that is emailed to you after checkout.
We are very flexible with families and allow them to use their packages & poses how they see best however we recommend that siblings be photographed package 3 and up due to posing constrictions.
An example would be (1) 8x10 = siblings together
the 5x7 would be of them individually and then the wallets would be split up by sets of 4
We also have digital options for families to take advantage of.
We will accommodate you it all has to do with having enough poses to use for your family. Ex: Package 1 is one pose: 'what we could do with siblings with this package would be very limited since its only one pose and one set of pictures for multiple children.

No. The daycare center chooses the background for picture day. We bring a variety of props that go together with the background. One background per picture day this is because each background has its own unique set of props.

We aim to have a turn around time of approximately of 2 weeks after picture day however this can vary depending on our workload / seasonality and or other factors. Sometimes it'll be less than two weeks sometimes just a tad more but somewhat in this range of time we take our product quality very seriously and do not rush on any of our products just to give it to you a little faster we prefer a tad little more time to ensure the utmost quality. Online Links are somewhat faster to receive since it's a digital product.
Our copyright policy is as follows, you may not re-print or or copy photos unless you have purchased a copyright release. You may not use any logo or. tm that we have posted on our website. all photos, have a light discrete watermark in the bottom hand corner that does not obstruct the photo. These are non-removable even after purchase of copyright release, purchasing a copyright release simply means you have the right to take your photos and print them wherever you would like.
